Nats fans and players alike can all breathe a sigh of relief. Stephen Strasburg’s ulnar collateral ligament wasn’t damaged which means no Tommy John surgery is required. Strasburg exited his start against the Braves on Wednesday in the third inning after he felt a pinch in the back of his elbow. He was sent for an MRI yesterday.
